Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Xpro website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Xpro reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
2. Products
All Xpro products are manufactured to order. Product descriptions, images, dimensions and colours are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, screen displays and product improvements.
3. Ordering
Orders are subject to acceptance by Xpro.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance until production has commenced. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Manufacturing Lead Time
As all products are manufactured to order, the standard production time is 3–4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
Please note that production times may vary during busy periods, holiday seasons or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery times quoted are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed are in the applicable currency and include or exclude VAT/taxes as stated at checkout.
Xpro reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and cleared.
7. Delivery
Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with Xpro until full payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate.
8. Inspection of Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Any damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported to Xpro within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs where applicable.
9. Returns & Cancellations
As Xpro products are manufactured specifically to order, orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has commenced. Made-to-order or customised products are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing fault, Xpro will, at its discretion:
Repair the product;
Replace the product; or
Issue an appropriate refund.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
10. Warranty
Xpro warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Incorrect installation;
Misuse or neglect;
Normal wear and tear;
Accidental damage;
Unauthorised modifications.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of its products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Force Majeure
Xpro shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruption, transport delays, pandemics or government action.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
